WE NEED YOU!

Can you help with welcoming visitors, members old and new at our monthly meetings. It's important that all attendees receive a warm welcome from a friendly face and we need a team (the more the merrier) who can assist in this important task. It's not a monthly commitment as we know not everyone can attend every month.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the following duties at our Tuesday
meetings.
1. Kitchen duties for tea/coffees
2. Putting chairs out/away (only doing what you are comfortable with doing)
3. Meet and Greet as members arrive.
4. Chaperones for new members and visitors
